  In general, Insurance is a hassle. You can spend thousands of dollars for no visible benefit......until you NEED help with an issue with your property. That’s why having a proactive agency that provides guidance in addition to selling you a policy is crucial. The team at Heist Insurance is one of those special companies with a staff who cares about its clients. I’ve purchased my homeowners, Condo, and Flood policies from Heist for almost 20 years. I continue to be impressed how Ellen, Laura and others there have called me because THEY found a less expensive policy with a good firm for the same or better coverage - all prior to me asking them for it. There have been times when we forgot to pay the bill and the team at Heist has alerted us prior to the policy expiring. So proactive. If you are looking for a new agent for your insurance needs, Heist is a great choice because you get a whole team working for you, not just a single agent with an assistant.
